Originally from Portland, Oregon, USA, Matt is a multidisciplinary graphic designer and design director currently living and working in London, England. With 15+ years of experience, he has worked across brand identity, campaigns, print, digital, packaging, motion, and art direction, helping bring ideas to life from the first spark of a concept through to the final execution.

Matt brings together thoughtful strategy, artistic thinking, and a deep care for craft to create work that engages, inspires, and excites. He enjoys being hands-on in the work, whether building a brand, shaping a campaign, directing a shoot, or figuring out the details that make an idea feel just right. Equally important, he enjoys working with people—collaborating with creative and cross-functional teams, helping younger designers grow, and creating an environment where good ideas can become great work.

Throughout his career, Matt has worked with global brands, agencies, and independent businesses, moving between big, complex projects and smaller opportunities where a distinctive point of view can make all the difference. He's particularly interested in the space where strategy and creativity meet, and in creating brands that feel thoughtful, authentic, unique, and memorable at every point of contact.

Outside of the studio, Matt can usually be found hunting down vinyl records, enjoying the outdoors, searching out the city's best food, shaking (or stirring) the perfect cocktail, or watching the Premier League.

One day he hopes to live in an A-frame cabin deep in the woods, with his pet miniature giraffe.
Until then, he's making do with London.
